How do I place an order?Online Orders: You can order confidently – Our shopping is easy and secure. We've taken every precaution to protect sensitive data sent to us over the Internet. All personal and credit card information entered on your order is transmitted in encrypted form for your safety.

What methods of payment do you accept ?Primitive Accents accepts MasterCard, Visa,Discover and American Express personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks, and wire transfers. At this time, we do not offer C.O.D. terms. Please contact us for details if you would like to pay by check, money order or wire transfer. Returned checks will incur a $25.00 charge for handling. All credit card orders require a minimum 50% deposit at the time the order is placed, with the balance being paid or charged to your credit card at the time your order is released from the manufacturer and is ready for shipment. All orders that are paid for by check or money order must be paid in full when the order is placed.
Primitive Accents is responsible for collecting sales tax for the State of Florida. A sales tax of 7% will be charged on all Florida orders.
Do I pay sales tax on my order ?Primitive Accents is not responsible for collecting or submitting sales or use taxes for any state other than the State of Florida. A sales tax of 7% will be charged on all Florida orders.
What are your order terms ?
Primitive Accents provides services under which order and delivery times vary with each manufacturer. Estimated shipping times are listed on each product in our site, and are also given when your order is confirmed. Please remember that these delivery time frames are “estimated”, manufacturer order processing and delivery will vary and we do not guarantee the amount of time it will require each respective manufacturer to produce your order and thus complete your shipment. Orders can be subject to delay due to unanticipated consumer demand, shortfalls in manufacturer supply availability, and batch scheduling. Some of our manufacturers schedule and manufacturer each order as it is received; others will produce batches on a scheduled run. They will produce only so many pieces for stock as well as filling special orders. When the pieces produced for stock are all sold, there will be a waiting period until the next scheduled production.
Once your order is received we will notify you of our receipt and the estimated delivery time.Because of the custom nature of your purchase, all premium finish and non-stock orders cancelled after our 24 hour cancellation period, will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Because each Manufacturer or shipping companies order time, delay shall not constitute cause for order termination and in no event shall product availability or manufacturing delay of any item constitute cause to terminate any other portion of the order.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
How will my order ship ?At this time, Primitive Accents is not equipped to ship overseas. Primitive Accents utilizes Fed-Ex,and The U.S. Postal Service for all smaller item shipments.Items shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will require an extra freight charge of $20.00
Larger items are shipped via Airborne or common carrier (freight) trucks direct to the curb of your residence or building (within the continental U.S. only).
** Please Note: Freight service is curbside only. That is one way we keep our freight charges to you so low. The truck line's delivery obligation is to bring the shipment to the address of record. Any service beyond this, such as offloading the boxes or bringing it to your door or lobby, may entail additional charges which you will have to pay to the trucking company yourself.
What happens if my order is damaged during shipment ?"We work hard to package your orders securely, accurately, and completely. When your order arrives, be prepared to open the cartons and inspect your shipment. Any damage should be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery. After you have noted the damage please refuse the damaged pieces. If the damage is not noted at time of delivery you may face significant delays and additional expense to correct the damage.

Other Mishaps:If you receive a defective item, we will replace it. If we have made a packaging error, we will correct it. All this will be done as quickly as possible, cheerfully, and at our expense. Just email us immediately.
POLICIES:
What guarantee do I have on my order ?We want you to be 100% satisfied. That’s why all items include a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your purchase within this time frame for a refund or exchange. Merchandise must be in original condition. We do not refund shipping charges. We can not accept returns over 30 days old. ** Note that special order items, such as furniture, may require a re-stocking fee. Please see Returns/Exchanges for more information.
What are your policies for cancellations ? As soon as you place your order, we begin the procurement process from the manufacturer. Once the order is placed, Primitive Accents and its respective customers each become financially obligated to purchase the products ordered. Therefore, Primitive Accents is not generally able to accept cancellations. We may, at our discretion, make an exception to this policy, in which case a restocking charge of 15% of the purchase price will apply. Orders for items in stock may be canceled up until the day the item is shipped.
What are your policies for returns and exchanges ? All returns must be made within 30 days of order receipt. Returns older than 30 days must be pre-approved and are subject to a 20% restocking fee on top of any furniture restock or premium finish restock fee already incurred. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original condition, and must include all packaging materials, and accessories. Please ship your parcel back to us prepaid and insured by UPS, Federal Express, Parcel Post or by the manner in which you received it. We can-not accept C.O.D. shipments. Premium finish items (items ordered in any finish other that the standard finishes)and non stock items that are returned will require a 20% re-stocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges.
Refused Shipments:Refused shipments are costly. We will invoice 15% of the order value for re-stocking plus the cost of the round-trip freight. Ouch! (this does not include damaged shipments)
eCommerece PoliciesPrimitive Accents Limitation of Liability for Typographical Errors Policy
The Primitive Accents Web site and the materials herein are provided “as is.” Primitive Accents expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to the site, site up-time or site use.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or the product is no longer available, Primitive Accents will have the right to refuse or cancel, without liability, any orders placed for product that is no longer available or is listed at the incorrect price. Primitive Accents will have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Primitive Accents will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
In the unlikely event that the customer has a dispute with Primitive Accents customer hereby agrees that the dispute shall be settled by arbitration through the Better Business Bureau of Florida.
